Linked reviews are available to view in full on this site.
Black (Electronic Arts) (Xbox (EU Version))
A spectacular, noisy, intensely enjoyable game about the sheer joy of firing guns, but often at the expense of the gameplay.
Commandos Strike Force (Eidos) (Xbox (EU Version))
Looks good, each mission is different, huge levels and loads to do. A fantastic shooter with incredible depth.
Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure (Atarisoft) (Xbox (EU Version))
A unique three-pronged experience that falls short in one area. Recommended, even if you're bored of 'urban' games.
Raze's Hell (Majesco) (Xbox (EU Version))
A nice, unique idea with cool characters, hindered by flat level design, unoriginal missions and dull graphics.
America's Army: Rise Of A Soldier (Ubisoft) (Xbox (EU Version))
Not the best out there, but a competent and playable shooter, with a large variety of cool missions and decent visuals.
Rugby Challenge 2006 (Ubisoft) (Xbox (EU Version))
Simple, easy to pick up and play, but lacks that all-important depth factor.
Bloodrayne 2 (Majesco) (Xbox (EU Version))
It's a grower. At first it's a bland slash-'em-up, but Rayne's skills evolve to make her a more intelligent killer. Not half bad.
Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows (Midway) (Xbox (EU Version))
A great-looking sequel that does little to update the Gauntlet series. Still fun in multiplayer, but you've seen it all before.
Pac-Man World 3 (namco) (Xbox (EU Version))
A predictable platformer that lacks innovation and polish. Harmless enough, but utterly forgettable.
Rugby 06 (Electronic Arts) (Xbox (EU Version))
A stunning-looking and equally playable rugby effort. Rugby 06 is a must own if you're a committed fan of the sport.
Zathura (2K Games) (Xbox (EU Version))
Uninspired, dull and repetitive. This should never have made it past the testing stages.
Tak: The Great Juju Challenge (THQ) (Xbox (EU Version))
As funny and as colourful as ever, but tedious and repetitive puzzles keep Tak stuck in the league of the mediocre.
Stubbs The Zombie In Rebel Without A Pulse (Aspyr) (Xbox (EU Version))
Let down by bizarre game mechanics and a fractured story, Stubbs is a collection of superb ideas badly glued together.
Ford Street Racing (Empire) (Xbox (EU Version))
A bit naff, a bit safe, and a bit too one-dimensional. Not the face-removing speed-freak it should have been.
Aeon Flux (Majesco Entertainment) (Xbox (EU Version))
A solid acrobatic platformer with some neat puzzles, let down by a flawed combat system. Still well worth a look.
