Congratulations to the author, Geraint Wiggins, for two clever and practical programs, a clear and informative instruction booklet - and a quite brilliant example piece for the Sequencer to demonstrate just what is possible.

Guitar Chord Tutor (P. R. Adby)

The instruction booklet, by Paul Adby, is clear and accurate; the graphics, such as they are, are rudimentary but quite adequate; only the sound lets it down - which is rather a pity in a program which is all about making sound!

A Fistful Of Fun (Alligata)

If you haven't got any of the games on this tape, then buy it! Even if you've already got a couple, it's still worth having, considering it's only going to set you back a tenner.

BBC Mastermind (BBC Soft)

Anyone who wants to learn something and enjoy themselves at the same time could do a lot worse than buy this.

Graphics Extension ROM (Acornsoft)

If you're into graphics and can find room for one more ROM, this has got to be the one.

DDD Base, DDD Calc, DDD Plus (Gemini)

Each package can handle a very large data set and, although the speed is slow compared with more conventional products, the trio of programs is sound and is very good value for money.

It contains nothing unique, but all the commands can make life easier for you and it is good value.

The BBC Micro Add-on Guide (Collins)

About the only point on which this Add-on Guide is not helpful is... where do you put all those gadgets after you've bought them!
