They say the simple things in life are the best, and the Simple Business Accounts from Flowchart certainly proves it. S.B.A. comes in a plastic wallet along with a very simple instruction booklet, eight pages and about 50 words to the page. In fact, it wouldn't matter if you lost them as the program is menu-driven and very easy to use. Your accounts are kept on a weekly basis and will keep all your balanced b/f. It will keep track of all your expenditures and instead of the programmer isting about 5,000 headings which cannot be changed. Flowchart list about 30 which you can change to suit yourself. You also have control over all the parameters, including password, name of company and account headings.

All reports can be made to hard copy and it will list all your expenditures separately for easy analysis. Reports can be made on the ZX printer or any printer using the ZX Interface 1 RS232 port, both types print a 32 column report.

Data can either be stored on cassette, about thirteen weeks will it onto a C60, so two tapes will hold a year's figures. You can also store data in microdrive or disc if you wish. Everything in this program is made as simple as possible but nothing is left out. If you use a Simplex book you would find them very similar.

In fact, I found this program so good I have dropped my existing program in favour of this one to run my business on.
