Indiana Jones And The Fate Of Atlantis (US Gold)
US Gold have definitely won the interactive strategy war with this game, it deserves to be played.
Hit Pack Number Two (Zeppelin)
A bit of a gamble. The darts sim is good and the others are all mediocre.
Dizzy Down The Rapids (Codemasters)
Reminiscent of Toobin and just a little too boring. Although it looks moderately good, it's rather slow and hasn't much lastability.
Control is annoying and sprite detection somewhat dodgy but not to the extent that the game is unplayable.
A potentially excellent licence somewhat spoiled by difficult control. Mobo and Robo are great fun in two player mode.
Never have I seen so much for so little. Captain Dynamo has to be one of Codie's star performers.
There's nothing like a good, enjoyable coin-op conversion, unfortunately Crack Down isn't really one. A good enough formula game, small sprites and dodgy clash and detection ruin lastability.
Hackin', slashin' and baddy bashin' that gets a bit samey after a while but will still keep you going into the wee small hours.
The action is unrelenting with just the right pitch of difficulty and variety to keep you coming back for more.
The graphics are pretty spectacular, all things considered and the 3D aspect does give way to some great detail at times.
