Brrr!!! Adrift on an Arctic Sea, with a ravenous polar bear about to leap onto your tiny ice floe! - The journey back to your homeland is dangerous!
Can you leap across the icy water onto another, safer, floe, or onto one of the islands to grab a spear (essential if you are to kill the bear - which you must!) before you leap off your floe onto the far shore and your next peril - the thin ice?! (Screen 2)
Only at certain places is the ice sheet thick enough to stand your weight without shattering under your feet and consigning you to a horrible death! - the rocks that can be dropped to reveal these watery graves are guarded by very agile bears! (Did you bring that spear?) If the rocks find a path wide enough for you to reach the abandoned igloo then you face your next peril - the kayak voyage! (Screen 3)
The kayak is very fragile! - if it hits an iceberg, it will sink! Unfortunately you need to get close to them to collect the six large ice blocks needed to build your igloo on the land in the South. Sounds easy - but this is your toughest task yet!
Your paddling slows when you have cargo on board - and watch out for the sudden appearance of another vicious bear!
Even if you manage all this, you must be prepared for even more hazardous journeys to come!
All playing keys can be redefined when loading. You may travel in eight directions (with running automatically changed to jumping when appropriate).
