In this word recognition game, you are the prisoner of a band of cut-throat pirates who have decided to have some fun by forcing you to walk the plank!
Your only hope is to identify the word on the screen before you reah the end of the plank.
You will be surprised at what happens if you do.
Pirates is an educational game which has been designed to help develop word recognition skills in children.
Pirates is provided with four data files, each of which contains 25 selected words. However, parents can enter up to 25 words of their own choice which can be saved on tape for further use. In this way, parents can make a valuable contribution towards extending their child's vocabularly.
