Jet Pac is original and highly addictive. Read Review
The game never lets you rest for a second, and I love it! Read Review
Colour has been used to good effect, and the puffs of smoke that arise if anything is killed are also well done. Read Review
A good shoot-'em-up game for the BBC. Read Review
A fast, colourful arcade game with good graphics and excellent sound. Read Review
The few niggles about the BBC version of this game do not detract from what is an exceptionally addictive and classy shoot-'em-up. Read Review
It is addictive and at £2.99, I'd be tempted to rate it alongside games such as Dunjunz when it comes down to value for money. Read Review
The "Acme Interstellar Transport Company" is delivering Spaceship Kits to various planets in the solar systems throughout the Galaxy; and, as chief test pilot, all you have to do is assemble the rockets, and thrust onto your next destination.
But...! As you don't often get the chance of a free trip across the Galaxy, and space travel is kind of expensive, now is your chance to get rich! You might just as well drop off on several planes on your journey, collect the odd sack of precious gems, elements of gold, and take them back with you.
Before you go and make yourself the richest person in the whole Universe though, you must remember to refuel your Spaceship, every time you land on a planet, with six fuel pods. Any other goodies you collect are yours to keep. Upon landing, you will find yourself equipped with the very latest Hydrovac "Jetpac" which can automatically lift almost any rocket stage, fuel pod or valuables you care to land upon, and release them over the rocket ship base, plus mega-powerful Quad Photon Laser Phasers, to blast nasty, mean, little aliens who might object to your visit.
And my! Do these aliens get upset when you collect all of their valuables and sneak off without so much as a by-your-leave...!

Just a word of warning to all Acorn Electron owners, there is no version of Jet Pac for the Acorn Electron. This cassette version claims to be Acorn Electron compatible. It is not. It only contains the BBC version of the game.
