A good solid arcade adventure with the emphasis on action. Read Review
You are Commander Slie, ordered to take your team of napalm-wielding mercenaries to put down a rebellion on the planet Cute, by highly subversive aliens.
However, just as you were due to be 'ported to the surface, a missile struck the ship and you ended up inside the old military base - the very heart of the alien uprest! Your weapons and equipment have been lost and you have only a standard issue blaster left on you.
You must travel through the complex, collecting any weapons (usually in marked cabinets) along the way and confront the eight alarmingly large blips on your thermal activity scopre to get out.
As you stand in the warehouse you realise the worst bit of news - in your briefing you seem to remember something about the complex being nuked out in about half an hour's time - I guess it's just one of those days...
You lock your emergency teleport on the first room, set your countdown timer to thirty minutes and look around. Out of the corner of your eye you see a ventilator duct swing open and a small, cute "thing" wriggle out...

Possibly one of the rarest 'officially released' games for the BBC Micro... if indeed it ever actually was released. This game was actually preserved by Crispin Boylin's beebgames.com, one of the very earliest BBC Micro games databases. He reported that it was imaged from a physical release of the game; however, nobody else has ever laid eyes on such a physical release so it may be that it never progressed any further than a few review copies.
A brilliant game too, so a real shame that it wasn't given much wider exposure back in the Eighties.
