The Olympics (The 4th Dimension) (Archimedes A3000)

A gold medalist! Compilation packages of sporting events may have been around on other machines for ages but the first one for the Arc is every bit as good.

Nevryon (The 4th Dimension) (BBC B/B+/Master 128)

To me, I have to say Nevryon looks like a rush job. The spaceship is very rusty in its movements and I found that the speed at which you move gave you no time to avoid anything.

U.I.M. (The 4th Dimension) (Archimedes A3000)

For all its clever detail of implementation, U.I.M. fails to capture the most important aspect of Elite - its ultimate measure of playability which caused most of us to become instant and semi-permanent addicts. Perhaps the strategy is too complicated here, the combat too hard to get into.
