Ghouls 'N Ghosts (Kixx)

A straightforward shoot-'em-up platformer with nothing radically different from other games of its type.

Multimixx 4 (Kixx)

Quite a good buy. All the Gauntlet games are well worth having, even if not quite up to Megagame status.

3D Pool (Kixx)

My vote is that, for four quid, you couldn't really buy a much better 3D pool game than this. Even if the computer takes ages sometimes to play the most straightforward of shots.

Rick Dangerous (Kixx)

Not half as good as its sequel, but if you want something to keep you occupied whilst waiting for that to be re-released, then why not have a shot at it?

Robocop 3 (Ocean)

Another monochrome, jump-about-a-lot and kill people thang that's plenty of fun. If you enjoyed the other two then you'll enjoy this.

Space Gun (Ocean)

It looks fabulous, it sounds fabulous and it's jolly good fun... in the short term. Unfortunately, any lasting appeal has been effectively ruined by the fact that you can't work out what the heck is going on!

TNT 2: Double Dynamite (Domark)

Unless you're desperate for a copy of Escape or Badlands, pass it by friend, pass it by.

Toyota Celica GT Rally (GBH)

It all scrolls quickly and the animation is excellent, particularly of the chap holding the steering wheel.

World Cup (D&H Games)

An absolutely dire football management game.
