An excellent game which I would unreservedly recommend, and don't forget, I've only seen a tenth of it. Read Review

Wizadore looks as if it will retain its mysteries for a long time to come and gradually unfold, rather than being a flash-in-the-pan. Read Review
A well-paced game. Timing is far more critical in Wizadore than many games available and it should be action-packed for just about anyone. Read Review
State of the art... Fantastically addictive game... Should be in the top three BBC games ever made... Highly recommended. Read Review
A journey into the mystical land of Wizadore. Enchanting graphics present a most amusingly animated array of dragons, archers, goblins, castles, and many more colourful features with stunning sound effects to bewitch your imagination.
And then, the magical finale - a chance to win a bad of one hundred gleaming £1 coins.
Three generations ago, your grandfather, the Great Arch Mage, ruled the land of Wizadore just fairly. But then a dark evil spread its wings over this peaceful land and smote all beneath it. It was the great red dragon Smaun. The arch mage constructed the Golden Sword to destroy the evil presence, but just before his champion could smite the dragon in the breast, he was struck by a ball of fire breathed from the dragon's foul mouth and the Golden Sword was smote into three pieces and scattered to the winds.
Without hold, the Arch Mage was engulfed in flames and his people fled the land. All that remained was Smaun and all the mortals he had enchanted into his service. To save itself from this evil, your grandfather's magical castle withdrew its drawbridge, only to return it if the dragon died.
You, the last in the great line of Arch Mages, exiled from your land, have trained hard in the physical and magical skills in order to regain your inheritance. You transport yourself to Wizadore with only your wits and skill to guide you... You remember the advice of your father; "Find the three spells of destruction, each affects its *own* guardian, to help you achieve your quest. My son."
