There is some sense of achievement when you do eventually discover how to complete each stage...but doing so involves a frantic dash around the game area for the first ten seconds after the level begins! Read Review
The Weenies need your help! They fall out of the hatch and your task is to guide their home, by placing bricks and sections of rope and ladders in their path.
Ladders may be placed on top of solid bricks or other ladder sections. Likewise, ropes can only be suspended from a solid block or another piece of rope. Bricks may be placed anywhere but you can only delete ladders, ropes or bricks like those you are given.
Watch your time limit! Displayed on the panel to the right, along with the number of blocks allocated on the current level, how fast the Weenies are being released and the type of character under the cursor.
Hint: Pressing R a number of times will speed up the Weenies, which is useful if you have laid a path and are waiting for more to descend from the hatch.
The screen is up to four times the size of what you see and if your cursor is at the edge of the screen it will scroll left or right. The scanner shows the position of the Weenies.
On completing a screen you will be given a password which can be used to skip to that screen at a later date by selecting PASS from the menu.
SOUND turns the sound on or off, indicated by the presence of the musical note above. LOAD will load in the next set of screens.
There is one set of screens provided on the tape called ZONE01. (If you wish to play the default games again, rewind the tape to the beginning of ZONE00.)
