The game isn't particularly fast, but a fair degree of skill is needed to survive for any length of time. Read Review
A little too simple to have lasting appeal - especially for arcade-hardened addicts. Read Review
The quality of the sound and graphics is ok; it is just the overall idea which made me lose interest so soon. Read Review

The dinosaurs are forgotten and the golden age of science is yet to be born. The earth is ruled by mystics and kings, forests span the globe and small spirits may still be contacted within rocks and plants. Across this young world travels Chzraal the Wizard, walking alone through the ancient forests, mists hanging between the branches, pine needles or leaves soft underfoot, rustling denizens, wisps of wind stirring the Wizard's cloak.
The Wizard travels from kingdom to kingdom offering his services whilst carrying only his staff and unpronounceable name. Time arcs over the Wizard like a rainbow or the milky way arc over normal men. He has lived for hundreds of years which may only be moments and still he finds the world fresh and alive, never tiring of the road. The Wizard, a legend before his birth, all but forgotten after his death except by a few such as Merlin.
Spring is turning to summer on this particular day, tentative green shoots consolidating their positions, the sun creeping higher and higher above a handful of white tenuous clouds. Chzraal walks along a path through undulating meadows calling a flock of butterflies to accompany him on his journey. The air has a heady feel to it and Chzraal whistles the song of the lark to himself. A perfect day with the sun approaching its zenith.
Unfortunately the age in which Chzraal is living is by no means perfect. As the Wizard strides over a rise in the land he sees spread before him as though in a picture, a lake. Then as he watches the air above the lake boils with grey vapours and a cold breeze whispers his name. Chzraal moves forward, sending the butterflies back to safety. Reaching the lake edge Chzraal looks up into the dense black vapours which have obliterated the sun, a silence falls like snow. Chzraal gazes over the lake and before his eyes a spell of invisibility disjoints and he sees a string of rocks streteching out into the waters, and upon each rock is chained a maiden.
"Come forth, Demon, I would see the guise of he who has done this thing," the Wizard cries into the dense clouds. He is only answered by laughter with a cutting edge of steel carried to him on any icy blast. Then the underside of the cloud splits open to release a horde of demons in the shapes of great winged birds. Chzraal reaches forth with his staff and his power as the birds descend toward the maidens.
"I will discover you, you shall not escape punishment, this I swear," cries Chzraal the Wizard and as battle is joined, the lake is lit by the eldritch colours of magic.
