The game is not bad but it provides so little for your money that I would definitely recommend you give it a miss. Read Review
The layout of this adventure is very similar to that used by Scott Adams, even down to the same amount of text that appears on the screen at any one time. Read Review
Just straight text, but I think this might well appeal to people who aren't usually adventurers. Read Review
When a big fish like Luigi calls in your marker then you're in trouble. When the marker stands at forty big ones and you've only got $50 in the whole world then for trouble, read "TROUBLE"!!!
Two-bit hoodlumns like you are small potatoes to Luigi's heavies, so it is a very brave (or a very dumb) person who would march into Luigi's and try to place a bet.
The only problem is: how to pay the debt? Rob a bank?
What happens next? What will Luigi do? Can the debt be paid? Only you can decide. You become the hero and move around the dangerous shady streets of downtown New Jersey.
For the next action-packed, thrilling installment, get The Pay-Off by Bignose Software... the adventurers' adventure. No hints, no instructions. You're on your own!!
100+ word vocabulary allows you to explore with simple two word commands: GO COUNTER, PLACE BET, CLIMB PIPE, etc.
