A really good clone of a classic arcade game and as close as you're going to get to Pac-Man at home on a retro machine without having your own arcade cabinet in your bedroom. Of course, if you don't like Pac-Man, you won't like this.
In summary, a totally excellent, classic game. Please note that this is the Version 1 Snapper; the Version 2 differs slightly. Read Review
A superb game, both graphically and conceptually. Read Review

One of the best versions of the game that I've seen. Read Review
Snapper is Acornsoft's own authentic version of the popular arcade game where the Snapper, under your direction, negotiates the creature-ridden maze.
Guide the Snapper through the maze eating dots and fruit while trying to avoid the creatures that chase you. The game gets progressively faster, and with higher scores as the fruit increase in value. You must survive twelve screenfuls before catching a glimpse of the ultimate prize - the Acorn, worth 5,000 points!
Includes score and table of high scores, magnificent colour graphics, and full sound effects.
Eat the flashing dots to turn the monsters blue and make them edible - once eaten, their eyes return to the cave. Uneaten monsters soon start to flash, which means their regeneration is imminent, so watch out!
When all the dots are eaten you tackle a new screenful, but the game gets progressively faster, and with higher scores as the fruit increase in value.
You have three lives.
