Snake

The object of the game is to eat up the red snake segments that are spread randomly around the screen. For every one eaten, both the length of the snake and the score are increased by one and one purple segment will appear on the screen.

If these purple ones are eaten, the score and the length are increased by two and one green block will appear.

If these are hit, the snake is electrocuted. The same fate awaits any snake that touches the edge of its cage. The Fire button will destroy anything within five squares in front of the snake, except for the cage wall, and decrease the score by one point.

Note: When playing the game, the left and right cursor keys move the head of the snake relative to its current path. This may take some getting used to.

If ESCAPE is pressed, all the current high scores are cleared. Press the BREAK key only when you have finished playing the game.
