Crystal Kingdom Dizzy (Codemasters)
Dizzy has worked his magic yet again and this is a darn enjoyable title.
International Tennis (Zeppelin)
One of the best original budget sports simulations I've seen recently. Its simple but thankfully solid white and green only graphics belie its delightful playability.
Overall this compilation has to score highly. It contains three of the most important and largest selling Speccy games of the last year.
Football Manager 3 (Addictive Games)
A classic it ain't, it's difficult to get excited about Football Manager 3. For serious football and simulation fans with good memories only. Otherwise you'll be completely frustrated.
One of the most enjoyable Spectrum games of the last year or two. It has plenty of puzzles, plenty of variety, plenty of speed and more than enough levels to keep you going for a long time.
I'll be darned if this isn't the spankiest two player shoot 'em up I've played on the Spectrum. The graphics are crystal clear, the gameplay is fast and furious and the difficulty is set just about right. Super game.
Great fun when playing others... The art package is very usable too and you'll have fours of fun just doodling with this on its own.
