Scumball is a cute little game, with well-drawn graphics and smooth animation, but it lacks that extra boost that holds your attention. Read Review
An exceptionally programmed game - fast, attractive and easy to control - but this time that ain't enough. It's boring. A bit more attention to gameplay might have been a good idea. Read Review
The sewers have been over-run by an assortment of terrible nasties, headed by a monstrous green slime creature. You must take L.I.N.D.A. and guide her through the sewers in a top secret mission to destroy the slime.
There is no room for failure.
One player only.
Joystick or redefinable keyboard options
You control L.I.N.D.A. - the Laser Incorporated Nasties Disposal Android - who, as you might have gathered, is not a cuddly toy but a dedicated killing machine, specially created to clear the sewers of the assorted nasties that have taken them over.
You must guide her path through the sewers, killing anything that gets in your way and recover the eight grenades that are scattered around. When you have gathered a grenade you must take it immediately to the lair of the green slime. When you have gathered the final grenade, you must proceed to the lair of the green slime and use all of the grenades to destroy the slime completely. Failure to accomplish your mission will be regarded as cause for a full disciplinary hearing.
Contact with any of the aliens in the sewers will cause loss of power. Total loss of power will cause loss of life.
Falling into the water or into the spike pits causes complete loss of life, as does contact with the pods.
Keys are redefinable at the start of the game. Controls are left, right, jump, report and fire.
Report gives you a full status report on your mission. It can be called at any time during the game and causes the action of the game to pause while the report is on the screen.
