Not a bad game, but it does become rather tiresome and pointless after a few plays. Read Review
The graphical animals are very good but the various bits of crockery that fall off the shelves can only be described as rather boring and even shapeless. Read Review
The screen depicts a section of wall with five shelves supporting various items of crockery. The player guides a mouse around the shelves pushing each item lower and lower until it smashes on the floor. This is rewarded by a number of points equal to the mouse's current energy level, which is shown ebbing away at the top of the screen.
When all the crockery has been broken, a lump of cheese appears somewhere on the shelves and the mouse must find and eat this to restore his energy before proceeding to the next wall.
There are four walls at the first level of the game, each with a different type of animal that the mouse must avoid:
Wall 1 | ... | Birds |
Wall 2 | ... | Frogs |
Wall 3 | ... | Cats |
Wall 4 | ... | Bats |
The second level is the same as the first, except that everything is one and a half times faster, and if this is completed, the game ends with a reward of 1,000 points for each surviving mouse.
The numbers at the top of the screen are, from left to right, the score, the energy level of the mouse and the remaining crockery on the current wall.
Z - Left, X - Right, RETURN - Leap
ESCAPE - Abort Game, COPY - Pause On/Off, Q/S - Sound Off/On
