This pack contains one cassette tape pre-recorded arcade type game for one player.
You are the space pilot defending one of Earth's eight stratosphere layers. Fusion Bombers descend from space to destroy Earth. Your mission - destroy the Bombers.
You are armed with Mega-Bolts and your display shows target range and direction and your energy level and mission time, but beware! Two Scorpion Fighters defend their Bombers with Energy Blasters and Blue Ice homing missiles. Destroy the missiles or they will destroy you.
If time runs out, the Fusion Bombers will sink below the horizon to battle with your lower stratosphere comrades. If you let more escape than permitted, your comrades cannot cope - Earth is lost. Destroy five consecutive Bombers and you will be prompted to a lower stratosphere layer - shorter mission time - less permitted misses - more vicious Scorpion Fighters that will tempt you away from your target.
Time, Energy Blasters and Blue Ice missiles will get you... or will they?
Keyboard: Cursor Keys to move, Space to fire.
Joystick: Direction of joystick gives direction of motion, press fire to fire.
Note: Travelling faster will take your space ship higher and slowing down will bring you lower (just like real space travel!). The Fusion Bombers and Scorpion Fighters can only be destroyed when they are in range and appear larger. When they are out of range, they will not attack you.
To reset skill level, sound option or joystick/keyboard option, press ESCAPE. To exit from program, press BREAK.
Remember, if the display is too high on your screen use the *TV command before loading the program (See Users Guide).
