Avoid it if you want Ridge Racer-style conventional racing, but this is an enjoyable part-racer, part-puzzler that's well-tailored to the PSP's strengths.

This is really a funky platformer with okay racing tacked on. Either way, it's still lots of fun, and arguably better on PSP than PS2.
