A 128K platform game by Yerzmyey and Hellboj
Yerzmyey and Hellboj return to Bumfun with Mysterious Dimensions, a worthy follow-up to their classic platformer, Crapbert Buttslut, also available from Bumfun software.
The madcap platform antics are back with a vengeance but this time you have four different areas and over forty screens to traverse in your quest to collect all that has been lost to return balance to each dimension.
Run and jump through green pastures, dark caverns, treacherous castles and more in this challenging platform title for the 128K ZX Spectrum.
You must search each area for all the items required in order to restore balance to that particular dimension. Once you have all these items, collect the key to use on the sacred portal to access the next area. The text bar at the top of the screen will show you what you need to collect in that particular dimension. Pay attention to it for instructions!
Some blocks cannot be jumped up through, whereas others can. You must experiment and find the best routes through each screen. You will also find secret passages that may at first look very like the surrounding areas but that, once discovered, will make your quest much easier. Look out for these on each screen and you will learn to spot them.
If you miss an item it is possible to go back through previous screens to find it. Also bear in mind that some screens can only be exited and entered via a certain section on the screen. Some even have multiple entrances. Use these to your advantage to reach difficult areas.
