Fast! Deadly! Interactive game for 1 to 2 players with over nineteen levels of fast and furious droid-zapping arcade-type action.
Situation: Spacecraft Titan II, its crew members eliminated by malfunctioning droids, is on a collision course with the Sun.
You are one of two mercenaries teleported onto the craft.
Your Mission: Stop and rid the craft of marauding droids and destroy the main computer, your only chance to avert impending disaster.
A Star Ship carrying a shipment of battle droids to Planet Cute, is now heading uncontrollably for the sun. With the unsuitability of its matter configuration drives, if it gets too close it will blow up taking the entire galaxy with it. To halt the disaster, two mercenaries (players) are teleported onto the ship with orders to fight their way to the control room and destroy the main computer. This will bring the emergency computer into operation and set a course to the nearest Starport, the end of your mission and safety.
The following examples the Scoring Panel which is situated down the left hand side of the screen. This panel is divided into two halves by a horizontal line with 'red players' charge rate at the top and 'blue players' charge rate at the bottom, both flashing white lines.
Score - Player's Score
Health - Player's life force - reaching 0000 player dies
Damage - Maximum 99 - Higher numbers destroy droids easier
Armour - Maximum 99 - When hit by laser fire, armour absorbs some damage
Charge - Maximum 99 - The higher the number, the quicker your blaster recharges
Credits - Maximum 99 - Form of money gained
Cards - Cards held are shown here
f0 - Red Player Start, f1 - Blue Player Start, f2 - Pause Game On/Off, f3 - Sound On, f4 - Sound Off, f6 - Suicide Button for Red Player, f9 - Suicide Button for Blue Player
Lifts
Used by droids to transport reinforcements to replace destroyed droids. These are destroyed by laser fire, stand clear of the deflections.
Emergency Lifts
Used to transport you out to new decks after all lifts have been destroyed.
Destructible Walls
Persistent laser fire will destroy these walls.
Movable Walls
Can be used as a shield or a barricade. Destroyed by laser fire.
Vending Machine
Will exchange your credits for health foods.
Credits
A form of money to be used in vending machines.
Blaster
Increases firepower.
Armour
Boosts your armour.
Cartridge
Increases the recharge rate.
One Way Door
Direction as shown.
Force Field
Disarming a force field is achieved by touching the switches in a correct sequence (disarming time varies with each deck).
Switch
Used only to temporarily turn off all force fields on a deck. Each force field has four switches, each must be touched in sequence. If the sequence is wrong, a shrill-screech is heard and the sequence must be repeated until correct. If correct, a bouncy sound can be heard. Each switch looks identical.
Door
To open doors, a correctly coloured card must be carried. The door's opening colour is displayed in the green box either above or to the left of the door.
Card
Colour pending these cards open doors. They can be used again and again on a particular deck.
Mine
Activated by touch or laser fire. It will flash and bleep for a short time, then explode. To survive, you must leave the area quickly.

If loading from tape, remember to Stop the Tape when asked to enter the user-defined keys. Then Stop the Tape when prompt to press a key is displayed. Restart the tape when prompted to do so by the 'Searching' message. Once the game had loaded, use Side 2 to load in new decks. The deck number displayed at the top of the screen is the cuename that the game is searching for. If both men are killed, rewind Side 2 to Load Deck A. After deck has loaded stop the tape.
