Introduction

You are Mandragore, a highly advanced exploration robot. During a routine investigation of an ancient pyramid, you inadvertantly trigger the pyramid's self-defence system. You must now battle your way through two levels of mummies, ghosts, trapped eagles, lazer-firing ants and large mutant aardvarks. There are also several ramballs and small pyramids that you must avoid in your attempt to escape. Beware also of the sentinels who watchover you as you progress down each of the pyramid's five floors.

At the end of the floor, should you manage to get there, you will begin a battle to the death with one of them. Kill him and you may fall down a hole to the next floor.

At the end of the fifth floor you will be sent to level two, which has the added complication of rogue bullets flying about. If you kill an eagle, a bonus will appear, collect this and you will be given an extra bullet to fight the sentinels with. If you die, you lose all bonus bullets.

Game Controls

Control of Mandragore is an art. You must learn how to move just one lane (By tapping up and down on the joystick). It is not as easy as it sounds, but is essential if you are to complete level 2.
