Introduction

Help Flush, the cleaner wizard, to face 24 different rooms with plenty of dangerous enemies!

In order to clean a room, you'll have to beat all the enemies. They appear from special "generator" blocks. When these blocks stop producing enemies, the room will be clear.

It's not necessary to clean a room to escape from it. To escape, you simply need the four keys, which are hidden in the chests placed about a room, and to make your way to the exit door.

If you clean the room before you open the exit door, you'll receive a score bonus. But don't clean the room just for this - cleaning's your *job*. Your customer wants his castle to be free of enemies. You're supposed to be doing it.

Besides the chests, you'll find lots of boxes (breakable blocks) in the rooms. They may contain different spells and items that might be very helpful.

Beware of the clock! When time reaches zero, you'll lose a life. You can also lose a life if an enemy touches or shoots you.

The game is over when you run out of lives.

The Cast

Flush. The novice wizard. He works in a magical cleaning service. Yep, that's you.

Lil'legs. Magically overgrown spiders. Weak, slow enemies. They become faster later on.

Bluemood. Walking empty armours. Lots of them.

Sheeet. They float over blocks. Approaching from everywhere.

Spark. Red slow heavy armours. Beware of their shots.

Lemonface. Yellow fast light armours. Run for your life!

Magfade. Fast and floating. Double danger.

Doppelganger. You'd better avoid it unless you get 3 "starpow".

Spells

Spell "shots" can open chests and boxes. They can also beat certain enemies and neutralize their shots as well. Their effect lasts until you exit the current room or until you lose one of your lives.

Different spells are used on different enemies...

1. GREEN spell: Your default magic when you enter a new room or after being touched. It's the weakest spell and defeats the weakest enemy, which is Lil'Legs.
2. CYAN spell: Use it to finish Bluemood.
3. RED spell: You can destroy Spark with it. It's also an explosive spell than opens all chests and boxes around. Wicked!
4. WHITE spell: Use it to eliminate Sheeet.
5. YELLOW spell: You can beat Lemonface with it.
6. MAGENTA spell: Destroys Magfade, and temporally freezes any other enemy.

Items

Tips

1. Think for a little while before changing to a new colour spell. Maybe you'll need to change the colour of your magic several times. Be smart: don't run out of items too soon.
2. Keep in mind that the MAGENTA spell is kind of weird!
3. Multicolour magic is very powerful. It can make any room easy to clean... but Doppelgangers only show up just in certain rooms. If you want to beat them, you'll have to decide when is worth completing the 3 "starpow".
4. Sometimes things are *not* what they seem to be: when you think there's no way to get to somewhere, just cast your spells against unbreakable blocks (they could be cracked so they'd be breakable actually)
5. There's no need to completely break the blocks to reveal what's inside them. Just cast one spell against a block and take a look... then decide if you want to cast a second one to destroy it. Not breaking some blocks may help.
6. Remember that your mission is to clean as much as possible. If you achieve it, the customer will be happy and so will be your boss. You can have fun by collecting keys and running away from door to door, but that's not your job.

This game is designed for a single player.

You can use:

1. Classic KEYBOARD: "OPQA" to move, SPACE/"M"/"N"/"Z" to cast a spell
2. Alternative KEYBOARD: "JLIK" to move, "Z"/"X" to cast a spell
3. Cursor keys, space/"M"/"N"/"Z" to cast a spell
4. Joystick (Sinclair - any port - or Kempston)

H - Pause Game, E - Abort Game
