Infinity is a competent arcade/adventure game that scores highly on the adventure front. Read Review
Crash landing on the fourth planet of the Inferium System was certainly a better proposition than drifting around in deep space. It looked to be an OK place, even though the old star charts called it Infinity. The Mutineers, who set you adrift in a small personal transporter, had been surprisingly generous with supplies. They didn't want to see you dead; just out of their way!
They couldn't be expected to know that the inhabitants of the fourth planet are a hungry, thieving bunch of maniacs who will steal the suit off your back given the slightest opportunity. If they can't be bought off with what you are carrying they may even take you apart. It is possible to bargain with them for transport and assistance, but they're not very reliable and so you had better beware.
It's a great moment when you discover and decipher an old manuscript that tells of a disused radio telescope that is on the most easterly of the chain of islands on which you landed. Your next problem, apart from avoiding being eaten by the natives, is to find and repair the telescope so that you can get a message to Earth. Well, it beats putting a message in a bottle!

John Thornewill, aged 17, is at school in Tunbridge Wells. He is working hard at his 'A' levels, when he's not busy following his hobbies of Squash, Astronomy and Computing. He is now working on a complex game for the Commodore 64 which, studies permitting, will be launched in the Autumn.
William Scales, aged 16, is already deep into his 'A' Level study programme for Advanced Maths, Physics and Computing at the same school as John. He's a puzzle fanatic and plays a mean game of table tennis.
