Linked reviews are available to view in full on this site.
Wizard's Lair (Bubble Bus) (Spectrum 48K)
The graphics are well done, although very similar to its predecessor.
Sam Stoat Safe Breaker (Gremlin Graphics) (Spectrum 48K)
Rather a weak game which doesn't really compare with the state-of-the-art software for the Spectrum and is of limited novelty.
Dragon's Gold (Amsoft) (Amstrad CPC464)
Certainly doesn't represent value for money in today's volatile software market.
Vampire Killer (Scorpio Gamesworld) (Amstrad CPC464)
After a while, it all becomes rather predictable and tedious - I kept wanting to go for a cup of tea.
Give My Regards To Broad Street (Argus Press) (Commodore 64)
Excellent and highly recommended... Comes with a large map of London tube stations which must be memorised if any progress is to be made.
Android One (Vortex) (Amstrad CPC464)
If you need a laser blaster then this is as good as any other, but that's all.
Wriggler (Romantic Robot) (Spectrum 48K)
Absorbing fun, well produced and at the right price.
Firstword (First Publishing) (Commodore 64)
The flexibility and versatility means that large changes in the output are very simple to achieve.
Sir Lancelot (Melbourne House) (Amstrad CPC464)
Recommended... Offers many hours of torturous enjoyment.
Slapshot (Anirog) (Commodore 64)
An excellent and very exciting simulation which is good value at the price.
Pascal 64 (First Publishing) (Commodore 64)
An interesting package, and can be recommended to competent BASIC programmers wanting to move on to something different.
Estra (Firebird) (BBC Model B)
An entertaining game... Higher levels of play await players who can assemble the statue.
Alpha-Beth/Alpha-Gen (A 'n F) (Spectrum 48K)
A good idea... Well implemented, with the right balance of fun and learning.
Quick Thinking (Mirrorsoft) (Acorn Electron)
Excellent... Enjoyable graphics and simple-to-operate commands, which at this price has to be excellent value.
Tales Of The Arabian Nights (Interceptor Micros) (BBC/Electron)
A good game in principle... Be prepared for a tough challenge.
The Ring Of Darkness (Wintersoft) (Amstrad CPC464)
Beware the jester, who nicks your goodies.
