Linked reviews are available to view in full on this site.
The Beetle Run (Stainless) (TI99/4A)
Good... Screen three is a bottomless pit, four has pills to collect again and five you try to prevent any collisions once more.
Tubeway Army (Crystal Computing) (Dragon 32/64 or Tandy Color 32/64)
The graphics are very good and the speech is the best I have heard, with no add-ons required.
Table Adventures (Dragon Data) (Dragon 32)
All the programs are graphically good and educationally very sound.
Flip Flap (Stainless) (TI99/4A)
To begin with it all seems very easy, but by the time you've entered the fourth screen, fingers are clenched.
River Rescue (Creative Sparks) (Atari 400)
River Rescue does indeed deserve some credit, infuriating as it is... Sound effects are very realistic.
Electro-Art (Quicksilva) (Acorn Electron)
After you have created your masterpiece you can save it to tape and use it later. Who knows - you may be the modern Da Vinci?
Autocalc 64 (Richard Shepherd) (Commodore 64)
My only complaint about the package is that it cannot be output to parallel printers using the user port.
Maths Utilities Pack 1 (Vols 1 & 2) (Solway) (Spectrum 48K)
After quadratic equations are explained you are requested to enter the co-efficients of x squared and x and the constant term... The computer produces results.
Complete Machine Code Tutor (New Generation) (BBC Model B)
During the few hours I have used this package, I have learned more than I did in several days of grappling with books on the subject.
Maths Utilities Pack 2 (Vols 3 & 6) (Solway) (Spectrum 48K)
Useful to programmers, change of base is from bases 2 to 8 and 16.
