Linked reviews are available to view in full on this site.
Molecule (Bridge) (BBC Model B)
At £6.90, it doesn't really compare with the better BBC software.
Sea Wolf (Optima) (Acorn Electron)
The screen is particularly attractive and well detailed... The high resolution makes up for the loss of colour.
Eagle (Salamander) (BBC Model B)
Graphics are great, sound is sufficient, but I have played more addictive games on the Beeb.
Omega Probe (Optima) (BBC Model B)
A good, fast and colourful game, which is attractively priced and packaged.
Chuckie Egg (A 'n F) (BBC Model B)
A well thought out novelty, just as exciting as blasting user-defined graphics.
Atomic Protector (Optima) (BBC Model B)
There's not that addictive something which makes me want to play it again.
Time Machine (Fantastic) (Atari 400)
You will have an enjoyable time solving the clues and trying to spend as little time as possible on the red herrings littered around.
Cosmic Cruiser (Imagine) (Spectrum 48K)
A fast and addictive game requiring quick responses and a nice roll of honour in computer type.
Geography Educational Quiz (Thor) (Spectrum 48K)
Much thought has obviously gone into screen presentation and sound.
3D Spell (Camel Micros) (Spectrum 48K)
Recommended, though I wish Camel had given instructions on the inlay card as well as in the program.
Questor (Computeristic) (Spectrum 48K)
Not recommended. To be honest, my sons found it boring and difficult to read.
The German Master Levels A And B (Kosmos) (Spectrum 48K)
Nearly £20 is a lot for the two data file sets and the loader.
The Solar System (Eagle Soft) (Spectrum 48K)
The notes make it clear that the information has come from astronomy text books. That being so, the data will be quickly out-dated.
