Data Pack (Sumlock) (Commodore Vic 20)
The standard of programming could not be called elegant, structured or easy to follow, but it does at least seem to work.
Multisound Synthesizer (Romik) (Commodore Vic 20)
Very good value, and will provide many hours of entertainment.
ZX Trek (Impact) (Spectrum 48K)
A year ago it would have been superb; today it has been superseded.
QS Asteroids (Quicksilva) (Sinclair ZX81)
Follows the standard arcade format, with wrap-around screen, bonus chips and on-screen scoring.
Asteroids (Micro-Gen) (Sinclair ZX81)
Because you can't actually avoid any of the asteroids, the skill content of the game is drastically reduced.
Frogger Plus (Buttercraft) (Video Genie)
Reasonable graphics considering the low resolution offered by the 2 x 3 pixel screen.
Wargame (TX Software) (TI99/4A)
Quite slow moving, but the emphasis is on strategy, and there is plenty to think about during the game.
You can set up your own game by varying any of the features; fast or slow missiles, shields or no shields, even invisible Invaders!
Space Assault (Lyversoft) (Commodore Vic 20)
Sorry, Lyversoft - against the large amount of opposition, this game doesn't stand much chance of success.
Jumpin' Jack (Sumlock) (Commodore Vic 20)
If you've got a Vic and you're a fan of Frogger this just might be the game for you.
Space Attack (Romik) (Commodore Vic 20)
The graphics are superb but unfortunately there were no instructions at all with my copy.
P.A.U.L. (Jaysoft) (Spectrum 48K)
The instruction manual starts - "Thank you for purchasing Jaysoft's PAUL" and the purchaser deserves at least that for parting with £12.95 for a product of such poor quality!
Omnicalc (Microsphere) (Spectrum 48K)
Microsphere has not only set a high standard but has also kept the price reasonably low.
Accounts (Hestacrest) (Spectrum 48K)
Accounts offers a complete package, but lacks a little in quality.
