Interplanetary Pig Farmer Eadwig Addlethorpe owns a series of magnificent pig farms on a large planetoid in the belt of debris between Mars and Jupiter.
Unlike their earthbound relatives, Eadwig's stock have evolved hollow bones and powerful wings which enable them to fly, which makes things pretty awkward for our hero. As you can imagine, these free range flying pigs are not easy to catch, so the swineherd extraordinaire has installed a number of teleporters in order to send them off to the pig processing plant. The difficulty lies in directing pigs to the teleporter, and that's where you come in.
Eadwig can move left and right around the levels, and jump from one platform to another. The screen scrolls in every direction to keep up with him. Being a large planetoid means there's a substantial gravitational force to contend with, falling too far causes Eadwig to lose energy, indicated by the pig at the bottom of the status panel. Once the pig in the status panel turns into a tin of spam the game is over. Eadwig may pick up most of the bricks - though only one block at a time, he's only half-human - and deposit them elsewhere to build walkways, stairs and block passages to redirect pigs to wherever he wants them.
Contact with pigs drains Eadwing's health, and sends him flying. Bottles of "oinkment" are scattered around, and collect these will help restore Eadwig. Apples are also to be found - the pig processing plant does a profitable sideline in apple sauce - and by collecting these, Eadwig accumulates a bonus bot which he receives once all the later ones are cursed with a miniature black hole. This roams around the farm sucking up blocks and spewing them out again totally wrecking any of Eadwig's constructions it happens to encounter.
So what are you waiting for? There's "snout" to it.
