The program runs in 100% machine code and is compatible with all the major joysticks. At the moment it's in a class of its own... and I reckon it'll take some beating. Read Review
After playing around with Fighter Pilot for about ten minutes, I realised that it would take a considerable length of time to become reasonably proficient at the game. I was also surprised at how addictive a flight simulation could be. Read Review

The flying area has wraparound so you cannot fly too far - about 100 x 150 miles - but it can give odd instrument readings when flying over a border. Read Review
Fighter Pilot gives more satisfaction than Flight Simulation, even though its landscape graphics are inferior. Its controls seem more responsive and we would like to conclude in saying that although both programs are good, Fighter Pilot is more exciting and thus slightly better than its counterpart.
