I struggle to see how this got published so late in the Electron's life; I've seen type-ins which were head and shoulders better than this effort.
Start Programming With The Electron
Probably the whole Start Programming book saga was one of the more costly Acorn mistakes - and it's no wonder there was a market for 'better' guides to the Acorn Electron than this!
Many of these demos require a large number of files; the disc is double-sided and packed full of them.
I particularly like the randomness of Mike Williams' programs and the extra demos that actually kind of feel like DVD trailers for wholly different discs.
If you are a BBC/Electron fan, 8BS is a 'must visit' site.
Personal Computer Games Collection
These games are all BBC only although some may run on an Electron with a little coaxing.
Worth checking out the companion disc for Sunburst.
Graphisme Et Sons Sur Electron
The games demonstrate simple concepts, and the basic graphical and sound capabilities of the Electron are explored in some detail through the demos.
This is a good game - it's very difficult and it won't be to everyone's taste (or playing abilities) but it kept me entertained for many hours.
If wargaming is your thing, and you own a BBC Micro/Electron, and want to create complex battles then this book is probably manner from heaven for you.
