A fine return to form for Egghead and his adventures. Read Review
Reviewed in the annual 8 Bit Annual 2018.
With the latest issue of Crash magazine written, the team of writers have gone to the pub for the afternoon for an "editorial meeting" and absent-mindedly left their eggsellent articles laying on a table in the beer garden. Alas, the wind has blown the pages away and scattered them around the town.
As the writers are in no fit state to retrieve them, it falls to our dairydevil hero to scramble around the town collecting the missing pages in order to save the day. Now Egghead is no chicken but this job isn't all it's cracked up to be - so would you be a good egg and give him a hand?
Guide Egghead around the map, climbing up and down ladders, jumping over and avoid patrolling enemies to collect the alternating white/light blue pages. Try not to fall too far as eggs break easily! Avoid deadly spikes, crushers, lasers, arrows, cannons and water. Use the swinging ropes and moving platforms to help get around the screens.
Egghead begins the game with five lives but can pick up any eggs he finds on his travels to gain extra lives. Finding and collecting a key will enable Egghead to access more screens.
