An addictive game full of alien-squishing fun on a huge scale. As a last generation port to PlayStation 4, it ends up being far too expensive. I shall await with bated breath for a true sequel.

As with most games in the series, Earth Defense Force 4.1 is an absolute riot... at first. It's too bad that the fun doesn't remain exciting throughout, but the time that you'll spend blasting away insect alien scum will at least put a smile on your face.

Killing giant insect scum was has never been as fun and addicting as it is now. The four different classes provide four different and fun ways to play the game and there is tons of replay value here to keep you killing incest for many months to come.

This game is a complete reimagining of the PS3/Xbox 360 title Earth Defense Force 2025 complete with improved framerates, HD graphics, and revised missions which includes more NPC soldiers who respond to your commands. I enjoyed my time with it, and would recommend you give it a go.
