Poor PC performance, a lack of side-objectives and some unimaginative world-design point to a game with ambitions bigger than its budget, but Darksiders III is a fun and challenging experience that kept me engaged across the length of its story.

With the increase in quality seen from the first game to the second, I had very high hopes for Darksiders III. Unfortunately, it just was not able to really reach the potential it was set up for.
