Cuddly Cuburt is a little furry creature whose task is to bounce around on a pyramid of cubes, changing their colour in the process. Unfortunately the pyramid is also home to a number of evil characters who aim to stop him.
The Beachballs (level 1+) bounce randomly down the pyramid. If Cuddly Cuburt is in the way, too bad!
Coily the Cobra (level 3+) hops up and down the edges of the pyramid. He likes nothing better than Cuddly Cuburt for lunch!
The Wrongway (level 4+) is a demon who runs across the front of the cubes. He proves lethal if Cuddly Cuburt is standing on top of the cube!
Jumping Jeff the Gippy Jester (level 5+) is a professional fool who shouts strange phrases and jumps around a lot, waving his arms. He chases Cuddly Cuburt all over the pyramids, and is very difficult to get rid of.
When all the pyramid has been changed to the new colour, Cuddly Cuburt moves onto the next level. After level 5, each cube must be jumped on more than once. If Cuddly Cuburt hops onto the spinning transport disks at either side of the pyramid, he is carried quickly to the top. Cuddly Cuburt has five lives to start with, and loses one each time he is hit or falls off the pyramid. If he falls off, then he must restart that level.
Wait at the title page, and you will be shown the high score table, and be given a demonstration of the game.
Move quickly and constantly. If you stop on a higher level, Jumping Jeff will get you. Fill each pyramid as fast as you can - the bonus you get starts at 10,000 but decreases all the time. Get squashed rather than fall off the pyramid. That way you don't have to start filling the pyramid all over again. Hop onto a transport disk when the Beachballs have just come onto the pyramid, then quickly fill one whole side from the top down. Also use the disks to escape Jumping Jeff.
