The purpose of this book is to show some of the ways in which a home computer can be used to good effect in the production of electronic music. Topics covered include sequencing and control via analogue and MIDI interfaces, computers as digital delay lines and sound generators for computer control.
Included are circuits for CV Interface, Multi-Channel CV Generator, Keyboard CV Reader, Drum Synthesisers, Cymbal and Metallic Sound Generators, Audio Digitised, Compander and MIDI Interface, etc.
Everything has been kept as simple and jargon-free as possible, but it has necessarily been assumed that the reader has at least a small amount of experience with computer software and with techniques of constructing simple electronic projects. It is therefore not recommended for complete beginners.
