The doors of the inn burst open. In tumbled a wizened old man, wheezing and muttering under his breath. His weakened legs took him, staggering, a few yards, where he collapsed at your feet.
The man was dishevelled. His body was bruised and bleeding. He clutched your legs and whispered something. You bent close to better hear it.
"He's back..." was all you could make out.
"Who? Who's back?" came your reply.
The old man coughed, blood now wetting his lips. "B... B..." He was fading quickly and struggling to get out the words. After a pause he summoned his energy and said:
"Balachor!"
The word sent a chill down your spine. You had not heard it spoken in six long years. Not since you yourself escaped Balachor's fortress and banished the evil sorcerer for good.
Or so you thought.
"He's ... ransacked Greenbury...." Another cough of blood interrupted the old man. "Help us.... You must ... seek the ...s-...s-...seer."
With that the old man expired.
You looked up. Expectant faces stared back at you from all sides. You knew you would have to face your foe once again....
You must explore Greenbury, defeat Balachor's guardians and overcome the sorcerer himself.
Around Greenbury lie scattered many items:
Treasure. This will line your pockets well, but you may find other uses for it.
Food. To replenish lost energy.
Objects. All manner of items can be picked up, some useful, some not.
Note: Objects must be stored in pockets, but can be used simply by carrying them.
O - Left, P - Right, Q - Up, A - Down, Space - Fire, if you are carrying a weapon
1,2,3 - Pick up or drop an object, for each of your three pockets.
G - Pause
