As near to the real thing as you can get without leaving your armchair.
Lots of variety, lots of puzzles, none too tricky, lots of areas to explore, and the little man goes where you push the joystick. It doesn't take much to make a man happy.
Auf Wiedersehen Monty (Gremlin)
While I love this type of program, Auf Wiedersehen Monty failed to gel for me.
Express Raider was no great shakes as an arcade game, so you can't expect wonders from US Gold. For cowboy and train games I prefer Mastertronic's Kane.
This game should not tax the expert, and should prove enjoyable for beginners who are prepared to play with words.
Whichever version you choose (There are many on the Amstrad), no adventure collection is complete without a version of Colossal Caves.
