Professional BMX Simulator (Codemasters Plus)
Altogether nothing new, the four player option makes it immensely enjoyable.
The Bard's Tale (Electronic Arts)
It's not role-playing, but nonetheless a very entertaining game.
One of the better recent simulations. But after completing the missions, you may not want to play again.
Football Manager 2 (Addictive Games)
A fun strategy game that should keep you busy for many months.
A very good game. It's tricky at first, but you build up expertise and eventually you'll complete the game.
Five variations on the up-down-left-right syndrome. They're not particularly difficult to complete either.
Not mindblowingly original, but it has that elusive addictive quality that makes you want to keep playing.
Street Sports Basketball (Epyx)
My last thought was that the game must be a parody because there's no real action or gameplay.
If you think fat is funny you'll hoot, but if you're after something a little more original you'll probably give this a miss.
Throw bombs. Fall asleep. It's not in the least bit difficult and every screen's the same.
Despite the primitive nature of the programming and presentation, its a very enjoyable game that should challenge dedicated puzzlers anywhere.
