Q. I have a Dragon 32 and would like to increase the text screen to around 30 x 60 characters. I would also like upper and lower case characters. Are there any products that do this, or could I try to convert a board from another machine?

A. If you're up to converting boards you're way beyond any advice that we can give you.

The only product we know of that will solve some of the difficulties is the OS9 operating system which gives you a display of 16 x 51 characters. This was marketed by Dragon Data before its demise and may still be available from some dealers. It was priced at around £40.

You could also try Premier Microsystems which produces a sprite board for the Dragon (Tel. 01-659 7131).
