Magnum Media (0734-734849) has launched the 3.5in disks with a promise to replace any faulty disk and to bear the cost involved if you lose data on them.

A single-sided, double density disk holds 250K; a double-sided, double-density, double-track unit has room for 1Mb. The cost of storage at these rarefied heights will be roughly £5 per Mb.
