I wonder whether any members can help me with the following problems:-

1. I have an Epson FX80+ printer which was ok when I put it away but now 'whistles' when switched on but shows no signs of life. Any ideas?

2. I bought an MS 1436 multi-compatible printer from a Car Boot sale and require a handbook if possible.

3. If I can't get the Epson to work, I would buy an inexpensive printer to use with the Acorn Plus 1 and View ROM Cartridge.

I would be grateful for any help!
