Packing Disks

Thanks for prompting me to make further payments for future EUG issues. I was thinking of dropping out but you have whetted my appetite for more information on the Electron.

On receipt of EUG #13, I inserted the disk into the drive and found that it would not go fully home - nor could I get it back out! I had to dismantle the Plus 3 in the end! The shutter had been damaged by the Post Office franking machine, so perhaps you could suggest to Derek that he inserts the disk into the envelope with the shutter facing away from the area of the stamp.

Has anyone else had similar problems with their disks? I have bought smaller envelopes for the 3.5" disks and have put them in so the shutter is down away from the stamp. Please write if you have problems. In fact, write anyway. It gets very lonely here!
