Summary

Has a ton to offer and gets most of it right. The resolution on the Xbox One is 900p yet on the PS4 it's 1080p so the PS4 version is both worth grabbing, and doesn't suffer the Xbox's performance concerns. However, the biggest selling point on the Xbox is the inclusion of Just Cause 2 for backward compatibility.
