Gomoku has always been one of my favourite board games. The object is trivially simple - get five crosses in a row in any direction before your opponent.

For a game with such simple rules, it is amazing how much thought is required to win. This program plays quite well, and I would class it as good value for money at its special offer price of £2.95.
