Dance UK: Extra Trax

Now where did we put that dancemat?

Well, that was a pleasant surprise - as we pulled the crumpled Dance: UK mat out of its box a Dual Shock fell onto the floor. Result! Now we've got enough to play six-player PES again. So, Dance UK eXtra Trax saves the day - if this 'update' disc hadn't been released, we'd never have reopened the box and found the pad.

This is the same as the original Dance: UK if you hadn't sussed yet, but with different tracks. Disappointly, they're a bit... 2002. Take Atomic Kitten's Whole Again - the only place where that still gets heard is over the Asda tannoy. At least we've got Jamelia's Superstar and Rachel Stevens' Sweet Dreams My LA Ex to bring it up to date. Twelve new tracks, £20, same game? Save your money for SingStar instead.

Verdict

The hardest game to rate ever. The new tracks don't improve on the original so take one off the original scale, and you get...
