If you don't consider yourself to be an absolute beginner when it comes to the Electron, you may have found some of the material in this issue (The stuff written by me!) a bit of a yawn and if you consider yourself an expert, you may well have keeled over from terminal boredom!

Those of you who are further along the road of computing knowledge and ability only need to make a small effort for things to change to your advantage. Let us know what you'd like to see in future issues. What kind of articles or programs interest you? Would you be willing to send an example of your own work? I'm sure we could all gain a lot more from our computers by hearing what other people have learnt for themselves. So come on all you non-beginners, join in and share your knowledge! But whether you're a "beginner" or an "expert", everyone can contribute something! Hints and Tips, Programs, Articles, Opinions - all must be given a place in a magazine such as this. It has been said that there is no such thing as a 'new' idea; that everything is a variation on a theme. This is true, so use your imagination and let's not have listings, etc 'lifted' straight from books or old copies of Electron User. Make sure work credited to you is just that - you never know who might be reading a copy of EUG! (If you know what I mean, nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more!)

Well, that's almost it for this issue - an improvement on EUG #0 I'm sure you'll agree - thanks to very significant contributions from some of you. Let's hope we can make the next issue even better!

Please note, EUG #2 should be available in mid-November. If you have a contribution to make, please send it as soon as possible! The later you leave it, the harder it is to include!
