Cross the Gulf of Splodge, if you can! After listening to a repetitive tune for a full 90 seconds the game was ready to play. I lost three lives in less than the set up time and the game was over. My second game was brought to an abrupt end by a 'bad subscript' report.

On subsequent attempts I managed to cross the gulf, dodging 10 rows of obstacles which moved from side to side. My task was made easier after every successful crossing as some of the obstacles unplotted leaving a clear gap. Whether this is part of the program or an error I cannot say. At the end of the game the score, if high enough, is slotted into a 'score table' and the player is invited to play again.

The graphics are fair but a better choice of colour would enable the player to see his piece more easily. The over-use of sound slows the game down. This game is unrewarding - TI-99 users deserve better!
